ActiveXperts Software B.V. today announces the acquisition of its subsidiary company ActiveXperts Messaging B.V. by Auron Software B.V..

ActiveXperts has been a leader in network- and communication software for years, and has notably developed three solutions that dominate the E-mail and SMS market. The first is a framework for quickly and easily setting up SMS and/or E-mail based applications.
The second is an SMS Component, an API that enables Windows developers to quickly and easily add SMS and/or Pager functionality to their applications.
The third is an E-mail Component, an API that enables Windows developers to quickly and easily add e-mail functionality to their applications.

With this acquisition, Auron Software has a double ambition:

  • Strengthen its software offer for the world-wide market and benefit from commercial synergies;
  • Step up the company's development world-wide, for its entire product range.

The following products have its names changed as of 1/1/2020:

All current ActiveXperts Software maintenance contracts for the above products will be supported directly by Auron Software as of 1/1/2020. This applies to:

  • ActiveXperts SMS Messaging Server
  • ActiveXperts SMS Component
  • ActiveXperts E-mail Component

ActiveXperts will continue developing, selling and supporting its current products:

  • ActiveXperts Network Monitor
  • ActiveXperts Environmental Monitor
  • ActiveXperts Network Component
  • ActiveXperts Serial Port Component
